Day in the Park

Well Guys, I haven't posted in a while, and i have definitely not been up-to-date with my weekly assignment submissions, but I was able to get out today and take advantage of some nice weather and a friend from seminary. The sun was bright today and the shadows really hard. But i was able to get some decent photos im satisfied with. These are just a couple of ones I like more than others. You can find the rest on my flickr page.

In the forest and through the woods

Here is a picture of Kelly I took yesterday as hannah and I went for a walk. There was this beautiful turned over tree, and Hannah actually had the idea of having Kelly sit in front of it. Granted the only way we could have her stay is if we let her have the ball in her mouth, as you can tell. But it turned out ok in B/W. I had to adjust the fill light and blacks and contrast because Kelly was fading into the darkness of the Trunk hole. I am somewhat satisfied with the picture.

Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
